Our perfumes are crafted at Parfum strength, with a 30–40% fragrance oil concentration, being the most concentrated level of fragrance available. This gives you 8+ hours of wear on skin and 12+ hours on fabric or clothing. Longevity may vary slightly depending on individual skin chemistry and weather conditions.

If you have sensitive skin, we recommend reviewing our ingredient list and conducting a patch test before full application. Should any irritation occur, it’s best to consult your dermatologist. Our products are formulated with care and quality, but everyone's skin is unique.

Yes. We use a refined blend of natural and high-quality synthetic fragrance oils to achieve exceptional performance, olfactive complexity, and consistency. We also use denatured ethyl alcohol, which is grain-based and odorless—commonly used in fine perfumery.

In warmer climates like ours, Parfum concentrations (with a higher percentage of fragrance oils) perform better in terms of longevity, projection, and richness. Unlike EDP or EDT, Parfum sits closer to the skin and evolves more slowly, offering a deeper, more luxurious olfactory experience.

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of perfumes, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been opened.

Return & Refund Policy – Izharessence

We strive to offer only the finest quality perfumes. However, if your order isn’t up to your expectations, we're here to assist.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only in the following cases:

• Damaged or leaking products

• Incorrect item received

• Expired product

To be eligible, the issue must be reported within 2 days of delivery, and the product must remain unused and in original condition.

2. How to Request a Return

• Email us at support@izharessence.com with your order number and issue details, along with clear photos or videos.

• Our team will review your request and arrange a pickup if applicable.

3. Refund Process

Upon successful quality check of the returned product:

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  

Note: Opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible for return due to hygiene concerns.

Order Cancellation Before Shipment:
You may cancel your order anytime before it has been shipped. Simply reach out to us at support@izharessence.com with your order details, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Order Cancellation After Shipment:
Once your order has been shipped, we’re unable to process cancellations as it is already on its way to you.
