We strive to offer only the finest quality perfumes. However, if your order isn’t up to your expectations, we're here to assist.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Damaged or leaking products

  • Incorrect item received

  • Expired product

To be eligible, the issue must be reported within 2 days of delivery, and the product must remain unused and in original condition.

2. How to Request a Return

  • Email us at support@izharessence.com with your order number and issue details, along with clear photos or videos.

  • Our team will review your request and arrange a pickup if applicable.

3. Refund Process

Upon successful quality check of the returned product:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Note: Opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible for return due to hygiene concerns.

4. Order Cancellation

At IzhaREssence, we value your experience and aim to make every step of your journey with us smooth and transparent.

Order Cancellation Before Shipment:
You may cancel your order anytime before it has been shipped. Simply reach out to us at support@izharessence.com with your order details, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Order Cancellation After Shipment:
Once your order has been shipped, we’re unable to process cancellations as it is already on its way to you.
